Once ticket(s) are purchased there are NO REFUNDS, if you purchased ticket(s) and then have a conflict in using them please pass them along to a friend.
Performers are subject to change at any time without notice. NO REFUNDS will be owed if any pre-announced performer is changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
This is an outdoor RAIN or SHINE event. NO REFUNDS are given for inclement weather. If canceled due to weather we will work with performers and Nocatee to try to have the event another weekend but this will depend on performer contracts and rental agreements. We all want it to happen as scheduled but sometime mother nature gets in the way.
Wristband Rules: Tickets will be redeemed at check in and each ticketed attendee will receive a wristband. We are not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands, altered or broken wristbands are not valid; wristbands must be warn at all times.
No smoking of vaping inside the festival area.
No pets allowed (only service animals) inside the festival area.
By purchasing the ticket(s), Ticket(s) Purchaser and/or Customer hereby grants full permission and license to Woolsey Concert Group, including its partners, volunteers, owners, promoters, affiliates, employees and any sponsors of the event, to use tickets Purchaser and/or Customer’s name, voice, picture, video, and/or likeness in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion, or other account of the event for any purposes whatsoever.
